Ipswich Town Hall, 25 Green Street
With a quorum present, in the absence of the chair, Mr. Craft called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm to enter into ES.
Selectmen present: William Craft, Vice Chair; Shirley Berry; Charles Surpitski; Patrick McNally
Not Present: Raymond Morley, Chair;
Also present: Thomas Younger, (Interim) Town Manager; Jennifer Breaker, Special Assistant; Catherine Tinsley, Minutes

Old Town Hall – This issue continues to be a concern to the BOS.  There is no update.  The BOS asked the owner to be before the BOS.
