Meeting of Monday, March 12, 2012 ~ 7 pm
Ipswich Town Hall, 25 Green Street
With a quorum present, Mr. Morley called the meeting to order at 7 pm
Selectmen present: Raymond Morley, Chair; William Craft, Vice Chair; Shirley Berry; Charles Surpitski; Patrick
McNally
Also present: Thomas Younger, (Interim) Town Manager; Jennifer Breaker, Special Assistant; Catherine Tinsley, Minutes Secretary

KelleyJane Kloub, Mitchell Road, asked for an update regarding the sale of the old town hall building.  – The BOS have no new  information; a Purchase and Sale agreement was anticipated by March 15, 2012.  The TM will have an update at the next BOS meeting.  It was questioned if the BOS can force the sale; the Town has the Right of First Refusal.  The Deed will be referenced
