Liquor License Hearing:  Ipswich Real Estate Holdings LLC

Tom Mayo of 180 Argilla Road presented the petition requesting the Board of Selectmen approve issuance of liquor license to Ipswich R.E. Holdings, LLC for 30 S. Main Street establishment owned by William/Brian Hanney with Thomas Mayo as Manager of Record. Mr. Mayo told the Board the P & S and Memo of Understanding were submitted to Planning and Development several weeks ago and that is a separate issue from the liquor license application process.
There being no questions from the Board, Selectman Foley moved to approve the license application, seconded by Selectman Surpitski and approved unanimously.
